AI Features
forms.projme uses AI in four scenarios: building a form from a description, dynamic fields, filling from documents, and response analysis.
AI builder
Section titled “AI builder”Describe the form in plain language (“a contact form with name, email, and message”) and the fields are generated automatically. You can then tweak the result in the editor: labels, order, field types. See Form Builder.
Dynamic AI fields
Section titled “Dynamic AI fields”A Field Group can run in AI mode: you describe what data you need, and the concrete fields are generated at fill time for each respondent — based on their previous answers.
When this helps:
- questionnaires where the next block depends on what the person answered;
- lead qualification: general questions first, then follow-ups tailored to the answers.
How to enable: add a Field Group to the form → in its settings turn on AI and describe in the prompt which fields to generate. Dynamic fields appear for respondents on the later steps of a multi-step form; if AI is unavailable, the form simply continues without them — submission is never blocked.
AI document recognition
Section titled “AI document recognition”The File Upload field supports recognition: a respondent uploads a document (PDF, DOCX, image, CSV, TXT) and the AI extracts values from it, auto-filling the form fields. Recognized values are shown to the respondent, who can correct them before submitting.
How to enable: in the File Upload field settings, turn on “AI recognition”.
AI analysis
Section titled “AI analysis”The form analytics includes an AI chat: ask questions about your responses — trends, anomalies, typical answers, audience segments. Available on paid plans; the “AI Analysis” button lives on the form’s analytics page.
