The Table field is a grid of columns that respondents fill with rows. Use it for lists (e.g. team members: name, role, email) or repeating data.

  • Columns — add columns of allowed types (text, number, email, phone, link, date, select, checkbox), set the label, width, and required flag.
  • Rows — one of two modes:
    • Respondents add rows (default) — set a maximum row count. The first row appears automatically, and a new row is added as the respondent fills in the last one.
    • Fixed rows — define labeled rows. Respondents only fill in the cells and cannot change the number of rows.

Respondents fill the table like a regular grid. Data can be pasted from Excel or Google Sheets via the clipboard (TSV).

Responses appear in CSV export and analytics: each table column is expanded into its own column.
